What information do I need to provide for personalization?
Typically just names, dates, or text you want included. For custom logos or designs, send us a high-resolution image or detailed description.

Can I see a proof before you make my sign?
Absolutely! For custom orders, we'll send you a digital proof for approval before we start cutting wood.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline for an additional fee.

How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on complexity.

Do you ship internationally?

What type of wood do you use?
We primarily use high-quality maple and birch plywood, chosen for durability and beautiful grain patterns.

Can these signs be used outdoors?
Most of our signs are designed for indoor use or covered outdoor areas. Some pieces can be sealed for outdoor use—just ask!

How do I hang my sign?
Most signs come with sawtooth hangers, D-rings, or command strips already attached for easy hanging.

Will my sign look exactly like the photo?
Because we use real wood, each piece has unique grain patterns and natural variations. Your sign will be similar to the photo but beautifully one-of-a-kind.
